"Palimony" Disputes

Jared Laskin has over nineteen years experience successfully handling numerous "palimony" or Marvin-type disputes, i.e., disputes between unmarried couples relating to property or support rights.  He has particular expertise in this area of the law and has published articles on the subject. 

The most famous "palimony" lawyer of all time was the late Marvin Mitchelson (the lawyer who actually coined the word "palimony").  Mr. Laskin had the privilege of litigating two different palimony cases against Mr. Mitchelson: he won both of them.
